It uses the same account as the website and the Android app, so your decks and your review schedule are the same everywhere. The iPhone app, which adds reminders and Sign in with Apple, is not on the App Store yet.

Build a deck on a laptop, review it on the iPhone on the way home, and pick it up on an Android tablet at the weekend: the spaced repetition does not care where a review happened. Everything the website does is on the iPhone too — decks with articles, plurals and verb forms, AI that builds the back of each card, typed answers with a letter-by-letter diff, the forecast and the statistics.

Reminders on your hours

Choose when you want to be nudged: up to three groups of days, each with its own hours and how often. Set how many words a reminder brings, from one to fifty; tapping it opens a short session of that many words. Once today’s training is done, the rest of today’s reminders are skipped.

Sign in with Apple, with Google, or with an email address and a password. Apple may hand us an address it made up to keep yours private; the account works the same either way.

Is there an iPhone app?
Not on the App Store yet. On an iPhone, repeat.cards works in Safari with the same account and the same schedule, and you can add it to your home screen.
Is it free?
The decks, the cards, the spaced repetition and the statistics cost nothing. The AI features run on coins: every account starts with some for free, and more come in one-off packs — in the iPhone app they are bought through the App Store.
Can I sign in with Apple?
Yes, in the app and on the website. You can also sign in with Google or with an email address and password; whichever you use, it is the same account everywhere.
Which iOS versions does it run on?
iOS 15 and newer, on iPhone and iPad.
Is the capture bubble on the iPhone too?
No. The bubble that floats over other apps needs a permission only Android has, so it is in the Android app only. Everything else — decks, training, AI cards, reminders, statistics — is the same.
How do I get a refund for coins bought on an iPhone?
Apple sells purchases made in the iPhone app, so refunds for them are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The refund page has the details.
